Information we collect
ANZ CPD collects the information needed to operate CPD registrations: name, email, country-specific professional identifier where required, booking details and payment references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this application.
How information is used
We use personal information to process bookings, send transactional messages, provide account access, maintain financial records and respond to support requests. We do not publish attendee lists or put professional identifiers into public URLs.
Your information and records
Account and financial records may have different retention requirements. Requests to correct or delete personal information are assessed against legal, audit and payment-record obligations.
Before launch
The operating entity must supplement this operational summary with its legal name, jurisdiction, controller/contact details, lawful bases, retention schedule, processor disclosures, rights process and complaint pathway before launch.
